Testing: Lesson Quizzes, Course Exams, Final Project
This course makes use of Quizzes, Examinations and a Final Project.
Quizzes
Each Lesson ends with a short quiz (other than Lessons 12 and 13 which have no Quiz) to ensure that you have understood some of the basic material covered in the Lesson.
Examinations
There are two 100 question (T/F and multiple choice) Examinations. The first follows Lesson 5 and covers material discussed in the first five Lessons. The second follows Lesson 13. The second examination covers material covered in Lessons 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11. It does not cover material covered in Lessons 12 or 13. The second examination does not cover Lesson 7 (USPAP-related material) except for material covered in the several USPAP Review Questions sections found throughout Lesson 7.
Final Project
Your final assignment is the submission for review of a sample appraisal report making use of the Appraisal Report option. Go here for details.
